Lady Gaga launched a campaign to help people with eating disorders.

On Tuesday (September 25), she launched a page titled ‘A Body Revolution 2013‘ on her LittleMonsters site, encouraging fans to accept and share their body drawbacks.

In the bio she wrote: “My mother and I created the BORN THIS WAY FOUNDATION for one reason: ‘to inspire bravery. This profile is an extension of that dream. Be brave and celebrate with us your ‘perceived flaws,’ as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous.”

In a post, she wrote: “Now that the body revolution has begun, be brave and post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities.”

She uploaded photos of herself showing her body. In the first picture, she’s wearing a yellow bra and underwear: “Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15.”

In the second one, she has her arms outstretched showing off her body: “But today I join the BODY REVOLUTION.”

In the next one, Gaga is in a similar position but with arms over her head. The description reads “to inspire bravery.”

And in the forth photo, she has her backside to the camera, and adds the message: “and BREED some M$therf*cking COMPASSION.”

A lot of Little Monsters have already flooded the site with personal photos, which Gaga’s been captioning.

On her trip to Dublin for her Born This Way Ball Tour, Lady Gaga met one of her young fans called Oran Murphy, from Newtownabbey, County Antrim, who has spina bifida. The six year old fan has a specially adapted wheelchair which has a picture of Lady Gaga and the Born This Way logo on the wheels.

Oran said: “I was ‘shaking’ when I got to meet her!”

His mom says:

“Oran loves music and his favourite hobby is going to concerts. As Oran is in a wheelchair he can’t always be near the front. Sometimes we end out right at the back and Oran can’t really see. His favourite singer is Lady Gaga, he loves her shows and her music. He told me he really wanted a picture of her on his wheelchair. His favourite picture is the Born This Way album cover. He is a really happy and he likes to say that he was ‘born this way’ so it seemed appropriate to get it put on the chair. Thankfully the record company gave us permission to use the picture.” Continue Reading →

There’s a rumour that Lady Gaga has been keeping a secret diary during her Born This Way Ball Tour and she wants to release it as a gift to Little Monsters, with it expected to feature “her thoughts, feelings, sketches, pictures” and letters to her mother.

A source told the newspaper: “As she tours the world, GaGa notes everything down in her journal. It contains her thoughts, feelings, sketches, pictures and even letters between herself and mum Cynthia. She keeps it all together as a memento, so that if she ever has children they’ll be able to read all about their pop star mum. GaGa also says that one day she would consider allowing it to be published, if the timing was right. She often talks about how funny it would be to publish it. But if she did, her decision wouldn’t be based on money, it would be for the fans. GaGa would consider it to be a gift to them.”

Paws Up Little Monsters! Or should I say ‘Cakes Up’?

Well, apparently a new song by Lady Gaga featuring DJ White Shadow called “Cake Like Lady Gaga” has leaked. However Lady Gaga has not said anything yet and that’s because the song is not official!

There’s been some confusion as to the song’s origins. To help you understand, DJ White Shadow said on Twitter: “I just made this TRAP shit, so I am going to put it on my soundcloud. Then I am going to give everyone a couple hrs to make a song. You send it back to me and I will put the best one back out for everyone to hear.” Then a fan mixed and edited the song and White Shadow’s voice sounded like Lady Gaga’s! So, it turned out that Tara Savelo, who posted the song, was trolling the fans!
