Lady Gaga has been spotted leaving the Shamrock tattoo studio in Los Angeles, California with Tara Savelo yesterday, January 19th. They apparently spent 5 hours in the studio. Lady Gaga will perform at the Staples Center in Los Angeles today and tomorrow.
